This run felt really good! My legs were the only things that hurt this time and they didn't hurt too bad. Not bad for my second 4 mile run.

This was my fastest run so far, and one of the best feeling runs at the same time. It was great!

Today was the first time I've run in a while because I was at scout camp. I did okay for my first run in a week. It didn't hurt too bad but I walked a bit.

I have had an extremely busy summer and have had very little time to run. I've gotten in as much running in as I could, as little as it's been. Hope to get some more running in soon though and get myself back into cross country.
